Flat Fee Loan

You request a loan amount and offer ROI.

Some that have been accepted in the past:
$10,000 for 30 days, ROI $2,500.
$5,000 for 30 days, ROI $1,000.
$40,000 for 90 days, ROI $10,000.
$2,500 for 60 days, ROI $500.
$20,000 for 90 days, ROI $3,000.

Offers may be countered as well.
For example: $65,000 was requested, offering 10% for 6 months. 
Due to the size and the term, it was negotiated to 25% ROI.

Are You Licensed?

No. I don't need to hold any type of license to lend out my own personal funds. I report my ROI annually to the IRS as Personal Note Income or Capital Gains, depending on how we have structured our arrangement.

Do We Have a Joint Partnership?

For personal loans, no. For Silent Financial Partnership funds, yes. We can use your agreement (after my legal advisor reviews it), or we can use mine (with the same expectation that you/your legal advisor review it first). 

What If I Don't Pay Back My Loan?

It's rare because I'm pretty good at vetting applicants,
but I have a 100% Win Rate in court.

Recently, a borrower-turned-defendant had a judgment placed against them for 40% more than they originally borrowed. We garnished about 30% from their business account, then placed a lien on their primary residence.

Based on the way JV agreements are structured, I have not had any issues here, but would follow my Legal Team's advice.


Why Should I Trust You?

Very good question. I am who I say I am, I'm easily found in Google searches. My social media has all the security settings to ensure my family's privacy, but with what you can see, you can clearly see it's me.
I have references if you'd like. I'm very transparent.

What is the Application Like?

Quick and easy!
It's about 3 pages long and asks you for details about yourself and your loan request. While I do NOT verify income, employment, assets or pull credit,
I DO require some semi-personal information, and require an authorization form to be signed.
All of these questions are designed for me to confirm you are who you say you are, but also, in the event of non-payment, to make my lawyer's job easier to collect the debt.
If this makes you nervous, then we probably won't work well together, since I only work with honest and ethical people who plan to repay the money they borrow from me.
